Our Story
A Family Story
Corner Collection’s story begins with the Antonopoulos family, whose hospitality journey in Montreal began in 1973 with the opening of Le Coin restaurant. Three years later, Tony Antonopoulos was joined by his brother Costa, and together they built the foundation of a hospitality group that would continue to evolve over the decades.
In 2022, Tony entrusted the continuation of this legacy to his four children — Dina, Anna, Dimitri, and Maria — ensuring the evolution of a vision guided by passion, boldness, and a genuine sense of welcome. The name Corner, a tribute to Le Coin restaurant, honours these beginnings and the founding belief that the most memorable views are often found on street corners.
A Heritage to Preserve
Our properties come to life along the cobblestone streets of Old Montreal, within iconic buildings that have been part of the neighbourhood’s story for generations. Preserving this exceptional heritage is a responsibility we embrace with care and respect, revealing the unique character of each place while allowing it to evolve naturally with its time.
